Please NOTE: During a presentation at the VHIMA conference, a speaker referenced the recent HHS fine of Cignet for $4.3 million due to HIPAA rule violations. Apparently some attendees thought the speaker was referring to Cigna. Please be advised it was Cignet that received the fine. Thanks.
